Business Analyst – Change transformation – Permanent – £40,000-50,000 – Birmingham – Hybrid
James Adams is currently looking for a Business Analyst with excellent Change/Transformation experience to join one of its West Midlands-based customers, on a permanent basis. You will be employed on a hybrid working model, working 2 days per week in the Birmingham office (commutable by public transport) and the remaining 3 days you will be remote based.
This is a key role for the customer and you will prove business analysis for the business IT, change and transformation projects across its group level estate. You will have exposure to all functions within group and provide support to security, development, project office business units supporting change on systems and processes.

Salary: £40,000-50,000
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing stakeholders through the discovery phase to for requirements elicitation and capture for new projects and change requests to existing IT systems
• Supporting the project/change sponsor in writing clear requirements that can be easily translated into technical requirements
• Supporting test plan creation and execution as part of release management of change
• Creating documentation for bespoke applications
• Clearly articulating business requirements and business process flows for programmes of work
• Preparing business analysis documentation
• Liaising between business stakeholders, development team members, 3rd parties, clients, and others as required to support the delivery of IT solutions for the business.
• Communicating in language that is appropriate to the audience within the business.
• To be aware of and comply with the company’s policies and procedures
