MS Dynamics Developer – Stoke On Trent

Our client is a prominent UK technology business based In Stoke On Trent with a highly skilled team of over 1000 talented IT professionals. Currently, they are on an exciting transformational journey and are looking for a Dynamics Specialist to spearhead their adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within their Customer Service and Marketing departments.

Onsite expectation: 2 days per week
Salary: £60,000- £80,000 + Excellent benefits
  
About the Role:
  
As a Dynamics Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s multi-year initiative that is set to revolutionize their CRM strategy and elevate their approach to providing world-class customer service in their enterprise-scale organization. From the design phase to implementation, your expertise will be instrumental in reshaping the way they interact with their customers.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  

• Design to Implementation: Engage in the full lifecycle of this transformative project, working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

  
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  

• Power Platform Knowledge: Any Familiarity with Power Platform and related business application functionalities such as Canvas Apps, Power Portals, Power Automate, and Model Driven Apps would be a big plus for this role!
• This role is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM focused position.
• Architectural Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions and integrations.
• Development Expertise: Experience in the development stack used to build custom solutions and integrations on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Data Migration: A strong understanding of data migration.
• AI Functionality: Experience in managing Dynamics 365 AI functionalities; knowledge of customer insights is preferable although our client can teach you if you would like to pick up knowledge in this domain.
• Azure DevOps: Proficiency in Operation Azure DevOp.

  
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy which is 2 days on site and 3 days from home.
