Principal Java Developer

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Software Engineer to join a reputable e-commerce enterprise based in Milton Keynes. As a Principal Java Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing complex software solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include leading a team of Java developers, guiding them in building robust and scalable aContinuepplications using Java and Spring, as well as designing, developing and maintaining software applications, APIs and microservices. You’ll work closely with other teams to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet their needs.
We’re looking for someone with at least 6 years of experience in Java development. You’ll also have experience leading a team of developers in a fast-paced environment, as well as excellent communication skills.
This is an on-site role, with the successful candidate required to be in the office three times a week.Our client is offering a competitive salary of up to £70k.
