James Adams is looking for a Software Development Manager to work with one of our clients in Stoke on a permanent basis. You will be engaged on a hybrid working model, with an expectation of working 2 days per week onsite. You will be managing teams of 10 – 15 developers across a range of internal and external projects.
  
You will join of the UK’s largest technology companies with some huge plans for growth over the next 3-5 years. They are offering £60,000-£80,000 depending on experience level.

Skills and Responsibilities Required

• Commercial experience of leading a team of developers.
• Experience of Line management
• Experience in Code Reviews
• Commercial MS SQL Server experience.
• Solid understanding of Windows applications and Services.
• WPF experience is preferred.
• Experience with Jira issue management, including Git version control. Self
• motivation and delivery orientated in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong team Leader.
• Flair for problem-solving.
• Fluent in English language
• Managing the Development of highly efficient robust and quality code for applications and services.
• Managing a team to maintaining clean coding practices.
• Contributing to solution proposals as required.
• Actively planning and tracking works as prioritised by the product, project and development management.
